The SITRANS P500 was developed to meet the highest measurement accuracy, robustness, and user friendliness expectations and is fully integrated into the SITRANS P family. With SITRANS P500, you can get the highest level of pressure measurements.
It not only guarantees measuring accuracy ≤ 0.03%, but also provides excellent static pressure and temperature influence quantity. As a result, it is guaranteed to be less than or equal to 0.14 % of total performance within a range ratio of up to 10:1. These characteristics mean that a measurement unit can be used for measuring at different ranges, greatly reducing inventory costs without losing the quality of measurement results. Because the sensor's long-term stability ensures longer calibration intervals, the results can help you reduce maintenance costs, which also allows you to trust measurement results over the long term.
The innovative sensor design allows direct connection at process temperatures as high as 125°C (257 °F) without the need to connect to a telemetry system. Many of the diagnostic features of the SITRANS P500 are easily available without software, with the help of three improved in-place buttons for device setup. Even curve displays and trend charts can be presented on the monitor for user-friendly process monitoring.
