The Pointek CLS 100 is a compact two-wire invert phase frequency shift capacitor switch suitable for detecting interface solids, liquids, pastes and foams in space limited situations.

The CLS 100 is compact in size with a insertion depth of 100mm and is suitable for many applications such as containers or pipelines. It is an alternative to traditional capacitor switches.

Its advanced tip sensing technology provides precise and repeatable point level signals. The probe is made of chemical resistant PPS(PVDF optional), operating temperature: -30 ~ 100 °C. Fully sealed and compact design enables it to work in stirring kettle and other vibration occasions, with high reliability and anti-vibration up to 4g. When using an anti-abrasive cover, the CLS 100 protects it from harsh rough processes such as shearing, impact, and wear.

The PointekCLS 100 is available in three types: integrated cable type stainless steel process connection, and probe material PPS or PVDF. Fully encapsulated, with thermoplastic polyester cover, PPS process connection combined with PPS probe; Standard housing type, with thermoplastic polyester housing, stainless steel process connection with PPS or PVDF probe.
