describe
The Pointek CLS300 is an inverting phase frequency shift capacitive level switch with optional pole/cable and configurable output. It is designed to detect liquids, solids, slurries, foams and interfaces in demanding environments at high temperatures and pressures. The digital version includes PROFIBUS PA, an LCD display and advanced diagnostic features.
The Pointek CLS300 standard has three LED indicators with basic relays and solid-state switch alarms.
The Pointek CLS300 digital model has a separate liquid crystal display and can communicate via PROFIBUS PA if necessary.
The rugged design of the CLS300 makes it particularly suitable for use in solid particle environments, such as abrasive materials produced in mining.
Fully sealed electronic components are free from condensation, dust or vibration.
With a PFA shield, the liquid parts made of stainless steel are highly resistant to chemical corrosion. Made of ceramic and stainless steel, the connector is suitable for high temperature environment. Materials with high or low permittivity can be accurately detected. Unique effective shielding can inhibit interference from material accumulation or long mounted nozzles.
Pointek CLS300's unique model design features a wide range of configurations, process connections, extensions, and certifications to meet the temperature and pressure requirements of specific environments. Modular design makes sorting easier and reduces storage requirements. The probe is also configured in a wide range of rod and cable configurations.
Main applications: liquids, slurries, bulk solids, relative high pressures and temperatures, hazardous areas, processing and mining applications.
