Milltronics tilt switch is an electromechanical tilt switch for point level detection, plug slide detection, and feed loss detection on conveyor belts.

Tilt switch provides point level detection for use with or apart from the switch isolator. They provide cost-effective solutions for point level detection, stop-slip detection, belt tracking and belt feed loss detection. They also provide simple high/low alarms for dry bulk solids and liquids.

The tilt switch consists of a sturdy stainless steel sealed probe. The probe is suspended vertically above a storage box or belt, and the switch concentrated in it provides a signal when the material is tilted to an Angle of 17o in any direction. In addition, assembly options including replaceable wear extensions, flat or cross studs, and floaters are available. The probe can also be used for high/low temperature applications.
